I Was Walking Through The Book Store One Day...

Well, if I was in Spain, I'd be walking through a book store one day when I'd suddenly have a coronary from sheer explosive joy. Holy cow guts, dude!!!

Last night my publisher at Minotauro forwarded another giant pack of jpgs, some of which I'll be inflicting upon you because, well, they're like baby photos to me.

Here, for example, is that gorgeous hardcover of La Plaga hanging out in copious numbers with the likes of John Grisham and James Patterson... ;)

Baby Pictures . . .

That looks great! It's too bad the New York publishers don't throw any marketing behind most of their books. They might not loose as much money as they claim to on first author's books.

Would you like a side dish of snark with that, Penny? Hee hee. Keep it coming... ;)

RWC, thank you. The trick of course is that if publishers promoted *all* books it would be the same as promoting none. You can't have a major ad campaign or floor stands or whatever for every book. There's no enough room in the magazines or in the stores. I don't know how to get around that. My experience is still limited. Obviously, of course, they should be promoting *my* books... Ha ha. But it's always at someone else's expense, I suppose. Thoughts? Insights?
